Does anyone know of any hands on cooking classes that are offered in the Des Moines area? Only need a class that is offered for one day or night, not an actual school.

Country Club Market no longer conducts cooking classes.

Gateway Market West has cooking classes the 4th Tuesday night of each month, however they are not ';hands on'; classes. Go to www.gatewaymarket.com and click on ';Classes and Events';.

Kitchen Collage in the East Village has 2/2.5 hour classes, especially around holidays. It%26#39;s on East Locust, just west of the State Capitol. Their website is www.kitchencollageofdesmoines.com.
