Flood Damage in Cedar Rapids?

I saw pictures that all of downtown is flooded. Is the Best Western Cooper%26#39;s mill above water, or did it get flooded?

My best friend that lives there in Anamosa,IA sent me some pics of Cedar Rapids %26amp; downtown. She also sent one that was taken of the Tornado. I could not believe all the flooding they were having.

JS -- Yes, the Best Western Coopers mill is under water. As of this morning, it has started to recede but in the downtown area it still has 4 blocks to go before it will be back to the river.

Thinking of everyone in Cedar Rapids and wishing the best. The pictures we are seeing of the flooding are incredible.
